Trustees

Trustees perform actions under guidance, generally as part of a team, following specified plans. Purposeful trustees are committed to serving others. They perform clearly defined functions and have moderate to low initiative. Trustees aim to complete the task assigned and generally do not go beyond defined boundaries.

The Trustee archetype focuses upon the step of guidance in Phase II of purposeful action, choosing consistence and conformance over planning and innovation.
