Intellectuals
Intellectuals are dreamers and visionaries, committed to sharing their vision with others, without necessarily aligning other to follow. They share their talents, learning and knowledge. Intellectuals are contemplative and include philosophers, teachers, artists and other creative individuals.
Like the leader, the Intellectual archetype stresses introspection, the first step of purposeful action, but may ignore the second step, extrospection, while performing the remaining steps with varying degrees of emphasis. The Intellectual holds up a beacon of knowledge and wisdom to enlighten and inspire the other five archetypes
