Purposeful Leadership Workshops for Leadership Development and Personal Growth are extended and hands-on instructional versions of corresponding Purposeful Leadership Seminars. All Brook Leadership Workshops emphasize self-leadership and ethical balance as the foundation for personal as well as organizational growth and success. The programs are designed for professionals and aspiring leaders who desire success with balance in their personal and professional lives. The programs advise and guide professionals striving to reduce stress and increase productivity and efficiency.

Corporate Leadership Workshops have two main components: Principles of Purposeful Action and Leadership, and Application of Purposeful Action and Leadership Principles to Corporate Objectives. Personal Growth Workshops cover a variety of topics based upon the interests and needs of the participants and the sponsoring group or organization.

Whereas seminars are instructional and guidance-oriented and typically are between two to four hours in duration, workshops cover the learning provided in seminars, in addition to hands-on tutorial and guidance sessions, and typically are between four and six hours in duration. Attendees receive the BrookMaster Leadership Coaching and Assessment Game, and a Purposeful Leadership Field Manual.

Special needs of organizations can be accommodated based upon corporate objectives and the range of organization-specific learned requested. All types and sizes of organizations, in the private and public sector, can be accommodated. Web -based seminars also can be arranged. Special pricing consideration is given to not-for-profit and philanthropic organizations. Scholarships are available for students and other individuals on a need basis.

On-site Corporate Leadership Development Programs (seminars and workshops) require a minimum of six participants in order to facilitate group discussions and interactive learning sessions. Although individuals from affiliate groups may register for on-site programs with sponsor approval, such programs are more suitable for a single sponsoring organization or corporation.

Web-based online Corporate Leadership Development Programs are designed for individuals as well as discrete groups. You can attend these programs from the convenience of your personal computer. Additional podcast-based On-line Brook Leadership Development Programs provide even more flexibility and can be accessed at your leisure, for a period of 60 days after registration.
